Meet the owners

Kim Allan: Owner/Trainer Kim's lifelong passion has been teaching and horses.  Kim grew up riding hunters in Central NY and went on to ride on the Cornell Equestrian Team.  After graduating from Cornell in 2001 with a degree in Animal Science, Kim went on to gain experiences as an Animal Science Educator at Cornell Cooperative Extension and a riding instructor at Equilibrium Horse Center in Crofton, MD. Upon returning from MD, Kim started Affinity Farm, Inc. in 2005. She is a member of USEF/USHJA, AQHA, and NARHA. Kim is currently finishing her Master's in teaching at SUNY Cortland.

Bill Allan:Owner/Camp Instructor Bill is a physical education teacher at Casey Park Elementary School in Auburn.  He has taught every level from pre-school to college. His experiences include leading adventure camps for youth and adults. He adds more fun and excitement to our camp programs by combining outdoor adventure activities with the horse activities.
